John Kohoutek, McKinsey & Company

John Kohoutek graduated from Northwestern with a PHD in the Solid State and Photonics division in 2012. After completing a post-doc at NIST, he transitioned his skills into an industry job at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Upon leaving Northrop, he spent two years at startups before landing at McKinsey & Company. His resume optimization and job search strategies were developed during his latest job search, and he would love to share his knowledge with others from his field so that they can more easily find rewarding and high paying jobs.
