Payment and Refund Information
Checks and Money Orders All checks must be in US dollars and made payable to The Optical Society. Please indicate the check number on the registration form.
Bank Drafts and Wire Transfers Please indicate on your registration form which bank was used and when the deposit was made. Also, please notify OSA of the transfer to avoid any lost or unidentified payments.
Refund Policy for Registration As this is a virtual meeting, all registrants are eligible to cancel their registration (with a full refund if applicable) through Sunday, 13 September 2020. No refunds will be honored after this date. A letter requesting the refund should state the registrant's name and the amount of payment and should be submitted through http://www.osa.org/help.
*Any individual who has previously registered for the conference (before 4 August 2020) will automatically receive a full refund with no penalties. No action is required to initiate the request. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used and may take up to six weeks to process. Note: Even though your registration fee will be refunded, you retain your access to participate in the virtual meeting. You will not have to register again.
