The application to attend the 2021 school closed on 31 May 2021. The school will take place 19 - 23 July 2021 virtually.

Required documents:

  • Personal Statement:1 page, to include motivation for attending, research interests and any achievements to date.

  • One Letter of Recommendation: Letter should explicitly address how the school will benefit the applicant’s research and  professional development as well as how they will add to the week long experience. Letter must be submitted at the time of the application.

Application Review Process:
All applications will be reviewed and students will be notified of acceptance in by 15 June 2021.

Registration Fee: 

$100USD (due at time of registration following acceptance). Registration includes access to all sessions from 19 July – 23 July and program book with links to available recordings and slides. Fee is due at the time of registration and any registration grants will be applied at the time of payment.

Grants and Scholarships: 

Registration grants will be available to OSA student members only and determined based on student need. Students are to fill out section of application to determine if eligible for grant.
