LIDT From the Vendor Point of View (LTu3B.2)
Presenter: Sebastian Riese, LAYERTEC Gmbh

LAYERTEC has dealt with the ever-increasing challenges regarding ultrafast optics and high-power laser mirrors for more than 25 years. Faced with the wide variety of possible application parameters, proper communication of the desired specifications is key, for industry clients as well as research institutes.

High LIDT, Low GDD Coatings for High Power Ultrafast Lasers (LTu3B.1)
Presenter: Helmut Kessler, Manx Precision Optics

Coatings for ultrafast lasers require a high LIDT and good GDD performance. This additional demand creates significant design and manufacturing implications. The talk will investigate the options available regarding dielectric, metal and metal-dielectric hybrid coatings.

Fully Automated LIDT Measurement for Quality Assurance of Optics (LTu3B.3)
Presenter: Sebastian Herr, Laser Components GmbH

A fully automated LIDT- set-up is presented, which carries out both measurement and evaluation while characterizing each individual laser pulse and satisfying the high laser safety requirements such an unobserved process demands.
