Next Generation Components for Ultrafast Laser Systems: Simplifying Your Supply Chain with Coherent
Achieving optimal performance in ultrafast lasers can be tied directly to the properties of many of the key components selected in system design. This presentation reviews Coherent’s capabilities in the manufacture of advanced laser diodes, crystals, optical fibers and optics with a focus on critical technologies enabling ultrafast lasers across a wide range of applications. We will highlight recently released products, new capabilities and discuss how they can be applied to the manufacture of ultrafast laser systems for both industrial and scientific applications.

Tim is the global manager of business development for components at Coherent. He holds a PhD in Optics from the University of Central Florida, CREOL. Tim holds various patents related to laser design and has authored numerous peer reviewed and technical magazine publications.
