Registration Fees:

The registration fee for the Forum includes a day of programming, a networking reception, breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks throughout the day. Your registration fee includes admission to the Sensors Expo Exhibit Hall and receptions for all conference days, but does not include access to the Sensors Expo Technical Sessions.

OIDA (OSA Industry Development Associates) member registration rate applies to employees of OIDA (OSA Industry Development Associates) Member companies only.  Individual OSA membership is not applicable for the member rate.

The registration fee for the OIDA Forum on Optics in Autonomy and Sensing includes a day of programming, a networking reception, breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks throughout the day.

*OIDA (OSA Industry Development Associates) member registration rate applies to employees of OIDA (OSA Industry Development Associates) Member companies only.  Individual OSA membership is not applicable for the member rate.

**OIDA (OSA Industry Development Associates) members benefit from a two-for-one registration package and non-members can take advantage of a special colleague registration fee.  Colleagues must register at the same time to benefit from the special rates.

Checks and Money Orders

All checks must be in US dollars and drawn on a US bank.  Make payable to The Optical Society. Please indicate the check number on the registration form.

Bank Drafts and Wire Transfers

Please indicate on your registration form which bank was used and when the deposit was made. Also, please notify OSA of the transfer to avoid any lost or unidentified payments. 

Refund Policy for Registration

This event is non-refundable, and refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. A letter requesting the refund should state the registrant's name, reason for cancelling, and the amount of payment. Requests for refunds should be directed to oida@osa.org or OIDA Programs, 2010 Massachusetts Ave, NW, Washington, DC 20036.
