OIDA Workshop on State of the Art Integrated Photonics
Managed by Optica
03 November 2015
This workshop continues a series of OIDA workshops that reviews the state of the art in photonic integration. It aims to address several questions related to the limits of commercialization of integrated photonics:
- Where is the limit of discrete photonics? Where is manufacturing economical and where is it not?
- How is this threshold different for different applications?
- What is the role of integrated photonics in the data center?
- What is the future for commercialization of integrated photonic sensors?
Who Should Attend
- System integration engineers
- Optical and electronic component engineers
- Investors, CEOs, and marketing directors tracking the direction of integrated photonics
- Industry analysts and consultants looking to understand the latest technology advances in integrated photonics
Thank you to the Workshop Co-Chairs:
Tom Hausken, Senior Industry Advisor, OSA
Merhdad Ziari, Senior Director, Product Development, Infinera
