Kenneth N. Ogle

Kenneth N Ogle was born in Colorado, USA. He attended Colorado College and graduated cum laude. He decided to pursue physics, and attended Dartmouth where he would earn his Ph.D. Upon completion of his degree, he stayed at Dartmouth’s Eye Institute until 1947. He went on to join the Mayo Foundation where he became head of the Section on Biophysics and Biophysical Research and research consultant in Ophthalmology. He remained there until his death in 1968.

He was recognized for his research and work with many awards, including OSA’s Edgar D. Tillyer Award in 1967.
