James M. Burch

James M. Burch was a Fellow of OSA and recipient of the 1988 Joseph Fraunhofer Award. He was recognized “for pioneering work in all areas of modern optical design and testing, as well as a special understanding of the behavior of light in physical systems and the application of that knowledge to practical engineering purposes.”
