An institutional user agreement must be completed and returned by all the first time subscribers to Optica Publishing Group online content. Once signed, you can email it to: elec@optica.org or fax it to: +1 202.416.1408.

Optica offers a limited time trial of online access to Optica Publishing Group’s Digital Library (formerly OSA Publishing). This allows potential subscribers to sample the full range of Optica content, including current issues of periodicals, meeting content and archival journals. For additional information please submit a Help Ticket.

You must be an active Optica member in order to subscribe to an Optica journal. Members may purchase or renew subscriptions at any time. Ways to subscribe:

To edit your information, visit the Login page ("Login" access is located at the top blue bar of every page). Once logged in, click on the “My Address” tab followed by the “Edit” button in the name and address information box to edit your contact information. Alternatively, you may submit a Help Ticket or call Optica at: +1 202.416.1907. Our staff replies to messages within one business day.

Visit Optica Publishing Group's Digital Library (formerly OSA Publishing) and click on “Log In.” You will be prompted to login using your email address and your password. (Note: If you do not know your password, you can reset it online.) Under the “Manage My Profile” heading, select “Activity Report” to view your downloads to-date.

Optica Publishing Group Institutional Prices and Order Form  is available online, for information on print copies of back issues/volumes, please contact Customer Service by submitting a Help Ticket.

Missing issue claims are honored when received within three months of the publication date. Please submit claims to Customer Service at claims@optica.org.
