Did you head out to the Solar Eclipse? Share your memories with OSA
On Monday, 21 August 2017, all of North America was treated to an eclipse of the sun. Anyone within the path of totality saw one of nature’s most awe inspiring sights - a total solar eclipse. This path, where the moon completely covered the sun and the sun's tenuous atmosphere - stretched from Salem, Oregon to Charleston, South Carolina. It is estimated that nearly seven million people traveled to the eclipse path. Did you?
OSA is collecting eclipse day memories from everyone who experienced totality in the path. Send your stories, pictures, videos to us at MediaRelations@osa.org or tag us in your social media updates:
Thank you for sharing with us your collective memories of this historic event!
