When I first meet Dr. Monika Kataria, I found a highly enthusiastic lady passionate about her career. She is well-managed, organized, and already accomplished herself with her research work. She had a lot of potential and patience. Despite her hard times and hassles in this field, she boldly shared her experiences and motivates others to take risks. I am glad that I meet her and got a chance to work with her from scratch. She is a young and incredible lady and inspired me a lot.
