Dr. Muller remains one of my most influential teachers. As a student, I was inspired both by Susan’s vision for the growing fields of biomedical and biomolecular engineering and the innovations she was contributing to those fields using foundational principles of chemical engineering I was studying. More importantly, I valued her passion and dedication to teaching that made learning a joy and motivated my continued educational journey. It was an honor to be one of her students!
