I would like to thank Prof. Manjula Sharma from the University of Sydney, who has been an outstanding mentor to me. She is very passionate about teaching and physics learning. At Sydney, I was teaching a course for the first time in my career and she took great efforts to attend my lectures and gave me invaluable feedback to improve them. She inspired me to use innovate techniques in classes and her mentoring has really helped me to improve my teaching.
