Alex Cable has been a remarkable mentor for me, and has had a great influence on my career in Optics. Through his personal example, and by providing ample development and learning opportunities, Alex had taught me about always putting the customer first, and on focusing on contributing to the scientific Photonics community. I am grateful for Alex’s guidance and inspiration, and look forward to continue working together, as well as to provide similar opportunities to others.
