Per Ibsen is a serial entrepreneur in Optics and Photonics, where he has founded a handful of successful companies including Ibsen Photonics, Kaleido Technology and Uqiqisense. Per has always been driven by long term visions for his companies, with a strong focus on culture/values such as openness, respect and understanding. Per hired me into Ibsen Photonics 25 years ago and even though he along the way moved on to new ventures, his values continue to thrive in our company culture to this day.
