2016 Annual Fund

2016 Annual Fund

The OSA Foundation’s Annual Fund supports a wide-array of philanthropic programs focused on expanding the opportunities for students and early-career professionals. Donations given to the Annual Fund are unrestricted, allowing The OSA Foundation to direct your generosity where it is needed most.

100% of donations go toward programs, grants, and awards. Also, thanks to the generosity of The Optical Society, every gift is matched, providing your donation with double the impact!

Some of the 2016 initiatives supported by donations to the Annual Fund include:

Tech Trek (STEM) Summer Camps
Sponsored by the American Association of University Women (AAUW), these week-long summer camps provide middle school girls with a STEM-based learning curriculum.

The Optics Suitcase
