Andover, MA – February 22, 2017 – MKS Instruments, Inc. (NASDAQ: MKSI) announces the release of the FemtoOptics™ High Reflector Harmonic Mirror Family. The mirrors have been specifically designed for distortion free beam manipulation of ultra-short femtosecond laser pulses at their second and third harmonics of 400 and 267 nm with 0 or 45 degrees angle of incidence. They provide reflectance of R ≥99% with low Group Delay Dispersion within their specified wavelength range.
