Newport Introduces High Accuracy Versions of HXP Hexapods
Irvine, CA – March 28, 2016 – Newport Corporation, a global leader in high precision motion and photonics solutions, is introducing the HXP-HA Series of high accuracy hexapods. With two programmable pivot points, Newport’s proprietary RightPath™ trajectory control and a new patent pending calibration process, the HA hexapods provide guaranteed accuracy on all linear axes opening up new precision positioning applications for hexapods that go far beyond simple adjustment or alignment tasks.
