OSA Annual Student Leadership Conference
The OSA Student Leadership Conference brings together chapter officers from around the globe each year to network amongst their peers and to learn more about successful chapter management.
The 2015 Student Leadership Conference will take place on Sunday, 18 October 2015 in San Jose, CA, USA. Registration will open in June 2015!
Who can attend?
All student chapters must submit their annual report
by 31 May 2015 and must be in compliance to be eligible to attend! Each chapter is eligible to send only one student representative. Note: your representative should NOT be someone who has attended this conference previously.
Are there travel grants available?
OSA provides support for air travel and visa fees for one chapter representative to travel to the conference. Participants also receive a complimentary registration for Frontiers in Optics
, OSA’s Annual Meeting and a two nights’ hotel stay.
