Traveling Lecturers’ Resource Page

Thank you for agreeing to be an OSA Traveling Lecturer. This program is a unique benefit for OSA’s Local Sections and Student Chapters. It provides financial support allowing them to host a highly noted expert in the field of optics and photonics at one of their meetings. We consistently get positive feedback from both the traveling lecturers and their hosts following each speaking engagement. We would not be able to offer such a wonderful program without the dedication and commitment of OSA members like you.

On this page you will find the instructions and forms necessary to process the reimbursement of your travel expenses as well as other release forms and documents requested as part of your participation in the program.

Please remember OSA will reimburse up to $1000 USD for domestic (within the speaker’s native country) travel and $2000 USD for international trips.
