About SAS
The Society for Applied Spectroscopy (SAS) advances and disseminates knowledge and information concerning the art and science of spectroscopy, and other allied sciences through technical meetings, publications and member services. SAS publishes Applied Spectroscopy (AS), an internationally recognized, peer-reviewed journal covering applications in analytical chemistry, materials science, biotechnology and chemical characterization. SAS members receive an online subscription to AS.

About SEDOPTICA
The Spanish Optical Society (SEDOPTICA) was established in March of 1968 in Madrid to stimulate the development of optics, and particularly the foment of research, teaching and industrial applications of its various branches. SEDOPTICA's activities include technical conferences and publications. In particular, SEDOPTICA publishes Óptica Pura y Aplicada (OPA), a journal of scientific communication which is open to the community and is mainly in Spanish. SEDOPTICA Members receive information and professional networking benefits in addition to substantial registration discounts. As SEDOPTICA is affiliated with the European Optical Society (EOS), members are entitled to be "affiliated members" of EOS.
