5) PayPal: In order to pay your membership dues using your personal PayPal account, you must download and complete OSA’s Membership Enrollment Form and send the completed form to paypal@osa.org. OSA will create a PayPal invoice within 24 business hours.
Payment is due upon receipt and may be made by credit card, check, money order or bank transfer. Please make checks payable to the Optical Society of America. Payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Bank fees are the responsibility of the member. Dues include a non-deductable allocation of $9.42 for Physics Today and $10.00 for Optics & Photonics News.
