OSA CORPORATE MEMBERS:  Invite a colleague as you receive a “buy-one, get-one” free registration package.  Become a Corporate Member today to take advantage of this members-only benefit.

Executive Forum online registration is now closed. If you need to register, please email cam@osa.org for a registration form or plan to register on-site at the San Diego Convention Center at the Registration Counter located outside Room 28 (on the second level of the Convention Center).

Registration Fees

The registration fee for the Executive Forum includes a day of programming, two networking receptions, breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks the day of the program, and an exhibit only badge to OFC/NFOEC.

Checks and Money Orders

All checks must be in US dollars and made payable to the Optical Society of America. Please indicate the check number on the registration form.

Bank Drafts and Wire Transfers

Please indicate on your registration form which bank was used and when the deposit was made. Also, please notify OSA of the transfer to avoid any lost or unidentified payments. If you have additional questions about this process, please contact the OSA Accounting department at hcorte@osa.org.

Refund Policy for Registration

A US$ 50 service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. A letter requesting the refund should state the registrant's name and the amount of payment and should be faxed to 202.416.1408. Requests for refunds that are received by February 11, 2008, will be honored.

NO REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER FEBRUARY 11, 2008.

Executive Forum attendees can take advantage of the OFC/NFOEC housing block. Be sure to reference OFC/NFOEC when making hotel reservations.
