Online registration is now closed. To register, email cam@osa.org for a registration form or plan to register onsite. Onsite registration will be available starting Sunday, October 11 at 7 a.m. in the Market Street Foyer, Ballroom Level of the Fairmont Hotel. Please note: Seating is limited.

Registration Fees

The OSA Corporate Member rate applies to employees of Corporate Member companies, regardless of OSA individual membership status.

Checks and Money Orders

All checks must be in US dollars and drawn on a US bank. Make payable to the Optical Society of America. Please indicate the check number on the registration form.

Bank Drafts and Wire Transfers

Please indicate on your registration form which bank was used and when the deposit was made. Also, please notify OSA of the transfer to avoid any lost or unidentified payments. If you have additional questions about this process, please contact the OSA Accounting department at hcorte@osa.org.

Refund Policy for Registration

A US$ 50 service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. A letter requesting the refund should state the registrant's name and the amount of payment and should be faxed to +1 202.416.1408. Requests for refunds that are received by SEPTEMBER 23, 2009, will be honored.

NO REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER SEPTEMBER 23, 2009.
