Hotel Reservations

A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for the convenience of meeting attendees at Hilton Hawaiian Village. The meeting rates are:

Reservations may be made two easy ways:

2. Call the hotel directly toll free at 1-800-445-8667 (or 808-949-4321) and request the Optical Society of America (OSA) group rate.

The Hilton Hawaiian Village must receive reservations no later than June 9, 2009. After this date, the balance of the rooms will be released to the hotel.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Attendees canceling a reservation must cancel 72 hours before the scheduled day of arrival to receive a full refund of the deposit.
