Hotel Reservations

A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for the convenience of meeting attendees at the Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa. The meeting rates are:

Reservations may be made by calling the hotel toll-free at 1.866.837.4256 and requesting the Optical Society of America group rate. The Sheraton Keauhou Resort & Spa must receive reservations no later than July 6, 2007. After this date, the balance of the rooms will be released to the hotel.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Attendees canceling a reservation must do so five (5) days before the scheduled day of arrival to receive a full refund of the deposit.
