Full Conference Registration
The registration fee for ASSP/LACSEA/LS&C 2010 includes admission to the technical sessions, exhibit, refreshments, the conference banquet and one copy of the Conference Program and Technical Digest on CD-ROM.
Student Registration
Full-time students (graduate and undergraduate) are entitled to the same privileges as regular registrants. Students are required to present valid student identification when they pickup their registration materials.
Emeritus Registration
Emeritus members may also register at the discounted rate. To qualify for emeritus status, members must be fully retired and must have been an OSA member for at least 10 years. The member's age plus the number of years of membership in OSA must equal 75 years or more.
Exhibit Only Registration
Exhibit Only registration allows attendees to access only the exhibit hall. This registration does NOT include access to the Technical Sessions, Conference Banquet or a Program with Technical Digest on CD-Rom. To attend any of the technical sessions or receive the Program, you must register for a Technical Registration.
Short Course Registration
Separate registration for Short Courses is required. Attendees may register for Short Courses Only or register for courses in addition to either of the registration types listed above. The Short Course–only registration includes admission to the course and a copy of the Short Course notes.
Please note: Each Short Course requires a separate fee and ticket. Pre-registration is advised, as there will be no wait list for sold-out courses. In addition, Short Course notes are not available for purchase. Please visit our Short Course website for more information.

Extra Conference Banquet Ticket
One conference banquet ticket is included in the Full Technical Fee. Guest tickets may be purchased for US$ 75 per person. The conference banquet will be held Tuesday, February 2, 2010 in the evening.
Extra Technical Digest on CD-ROM
Extra copies of the ASSP/LACSEA/LS&C 2010 Program and Technical Digest on CD-ROM are available for purchase for US$ 100.

Checks and Money Orders
All checks must be in US dollars and made payable to the Optical Society of America. Please indicate the check number on the registration form.
Bank Drafts and Wire Transfers
Please indicate on your registration form which bank was used and when the deposit was made. Also, please notify OSA of the transfer to avoid any lost or unidentified payments.
Refund Policy for Registration
A US $75 service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. A letter requesting the refund should state the registrant's name and the amount of payment and should be faxed to +1 202.416.6140. Requests for refunds that are received by January 19, 2010, will be honored. All refund requests must be made in writing
NO REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER January 19, 2010.
