Hotel Reservations

A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for the convenience of meeting attendees at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre. The meeting rates are:

Reservations may be made three easy ways:

1. Online at COSI/AO/SRS/DH Joint Conference.

2. Call the hotel directly toll free at 800.663.9255 (or 800.325.3535) and request the Optical Society of America (OSA) group rate.

3. Email the hotel at reservations@wallcentre.com and request the OSA group rate.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Attendees canceling a reservation must cancel 72 hours before the scheduled day of arrival to receive a full refund of the deposit.
