Registration

Advance Registration for the 2009 OSA Summer OPC is now closed. Please plan to register onsite starting on Sunday, July 12th at 3:00 p.m. (HST) in the Palace Lounge, Tapa Tower of the Hilton Hawaiian Village.

Full Conference Registration

The registration fee for IPNRA, NLO or SL includes admission to ALL technical sessions, the conference banquet, refreshment breaks, the exhibit and a copy of the Technical Digest (containing the abstracts and summaries from IPNRA/NLO/SL on CD-ROM).

Student Registration

To be eligible for the student rate, the individual must be enrolled in a full-time PhD or Masters program. Those enrolled in Post Doctoral programs are NOT eligible for student rates. Students are entitled to the same privileges as regular registrants. Students are required to present valid student identification at the time of registration.

Emeritus Registration

Emeritus members may also register at the discounted rate. To qualify for emeritus status, members must be fully retired and must have been an OSA member for at least 10 years. The member's age plus the number of years of membership in OSA must equal 75 years or more.

Special Items for Purchase
Summer OPC Extra Conference Banquet Tickets. The conference banquet will take place on Tuesday, July 14, 2009 from 6pm-10pm at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. One conference banquet ticket is included in the Full Technical Fee. Guest tickets may be purchased for US$100 per person.

Extra copies of the IPNRA/NLO/SL 2009 Printed Technical Digest and CD-ROM are available for purchase for US$ 100. One copy is included with a Full Technical Registration.

Checks and Money Orders

All checks must be in US dollars and made payable to the Optical Society of America. Please indicate the check number on the registration form.

Bank Drafts and Wire Transfers

Please indicate on your registration form which bank was used and when the deposit was made. Also, please notify OSA of the transfer to avoid any lost or unidentified payments.

Refund Policy for Registration

A US$ 50 service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. A letter requesting the refund should state the registrant's name and the amount of payment and should be faxed to +1 202.416.6100. Requests for refunds that are received by June 25, 2009, will be honored.

NO REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER JUNE 25, 2009.
