PR Registration is now closed. If you need to register, please do so at the Resort at Squaw Creek in the Alpine Ballroom Foyer beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 13, 2007.

Full Conference Registration

The registration fee for PR includes admission to the technical sessions for PR, the conference reception, refreshment breaks, the exhibit and a copy of the Technical Digest and CD-ROM.

Student Registration

To be eligible for the student rate, the individual must be enrolled in a full-time PhD or Masters program. Those enrolled in Post Doctoral programs are NOT eligible for student rates. Students are entitled to the same privileges as regular registrants. Students are required to present valid student identification at the time of registration.

Emeritus Registration

Emeritus members may also register at the discounted rate. To qualify for emeritus status, members must be fully retired and must have been an OSA member for at least 10 years. The member's age plus the number of years of membership in OSA must equal 75 years or more.

Checks and Money Orders

All checks must be in US dollars and made payable to the Optical Society of America. Please indicate the check number on the registration form.

Bank Drafts and Wire Transfers

Please indicate on your registration form which bank was used and when the deposit was made. Also, please notify OSA of the transfer to avoid any lost or unidentified payments.  If you have additional questions about this process, please contact the OSA Accounting department at JWOEHR@osa.org.

Refund Policy for Registration

A US$ 50 service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. A letter requesting the refund should state the registrant's name and the amount of payment and should be faxed to +1 202.416.6100. Requests for refunds that are received by September 27, 2007, will be honored.

NO REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER September 27, 2007.
