A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for the convenience of meeting attendees at the Resort at Squaw Creek. The meeting rates are:

Reservations are made by calling the hotel toll-free at 800.327.3353 or 530.583.6300 and requesting the Optical Society of America group rate. The Resort at Squaw Creek must receive reservations no later than September 14, 2007. After this date, the balance of the rooms will be released to the hotel.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Attendees canceling a reservation must cancel thirty (30) days before the scheduled day of arrival to receive a full refund of the deposit.
