Hotel Reservations

A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for the convenience of meeting attendees at The Benson Hotel. The meeting rates are:

Reservations may be made by using the housing form (below), by calling the hotel toll free at 800.663.1144 (or 888.523.6766), or by emailing reservations@bensonhotel.com and requesting the Optical Society of America group rate. The Benson Hotel must receive reservations by no later than April 23, 2007. After this date, the balance of the rooms will be released to the hotel.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Attendees canceling a reservation must cancel 72 hours before the scheduled day of arrival to receive a full refund of the deposit.
