Hotel Reservations

A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for the convenience of meeting attendees at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre.

In order to secure the group rate, you must reserve your room by Wednesday, March 25th.

Reservations may be made three easy ways:

1. Online
   Complete the online registration process and pay online by credit card. Please keep your e-mail confirmation as proof of your registration.
2. Call the hotel directly toll free at 1-800-663-9255 (or 604-893-7120) and request the Optical Society of America (OSA) group rate.
3. Email the hotel at reservations@wallcentre.com and request the OSA group rate.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Attendees canceling a reservation must cancel 24 hours before the scheduled day of arrival to receive a full refund of the deposit.
