Advance Registration for ECBO 2009 is now closed. Please plan to register onsite starting on Sunday, 14 June at 11:00 a.m. CEST (09.00 GMT).

Registration includes access to all World of Photonics Congress sessions and LASER World of Photonics exposition.

Registration Fees

Pre-Registration will close at 11:59 p.m. EDT on May 4, 2009 (03.59 GMT, next day).

Full Conference Registration

The registration fee for ECBO 2009 includes admission to the technical sessions, exhibit, refreshments and the conference reception. Full Technical Member/Nonmember Registrants will receive one volume of the Conference Proceedings as part of the registration. Orders for the free proceedings volume will be taken on-site only. Copies will be available for purchase directly from SPIE.

Student Registration

Full-time students (graduate and undergraduate) are entitled to admission to the technical sessions, exhibit, refreshments and the conference reception. The student registration fee does not include a proceedings volume. Students are required to present valid identification when they pick up their registration materials.

Special Items for Purchase

One conference reception ticket is included in the Full Technical Fee. Guest tickets may be purchased for US$ 85.00 (70 €) per person.

Checks and Money Orders

All checks must be in US dollars and made payable to the Optical Society of America. Please indicate the check number on the registration form.

Bank Drafts and Wire Transfers

Please indicate on your registration form which bank was used and when the deposit was made. Also, please notify OSA of the transfer to avoid any lost or unidentified payments.

Refund Policy for Registration

A US $50 service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. A letter requesting the refund should state the registrant's name and the amount of payment and should be faxed to +1 202.416.6140. Requests for refunds that are received by 28 May 2009 will be honored. All refund requests must be made in writing.

NO REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER 28 May 2009.
