Full Conference Registration

The full conference registration fee for CQO9 includes admission to the technical sessions, exhibit, refreshments, the conference banquet and one copy of the proceedings book. The full conference registration fee for ICQI includes admission to the technical sessions, exhibit, refreshments, the conference banquet and one copy of the Technical Digest on CD.

Student Registration

Student registrants desiring a copy of either the CQO9 proceedings book or the ICQI Technical Digest CD may purchase on-site. Students are required to present valid identification when they pick up their registration materials.

Refund Policy for Registration

A US $50 service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. A letter requesting the refund should state the registrant's name and the amount of payment and should be faxed to +1 202.416.6140. Requests for refunds that are received by May 24, 2007, will be honored. All refund requests must be made in writing.

NO REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER May 24, 2007.
