A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for the convenience of meeting attendees at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront and the Heritage Hotel.

Phone: You may also call the hotel directly at +1-727-894-5000 and request the OSA group rate. The Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront must receive reservations no later than February 12, 2009. After this date, the balance of the rooms will be released to the hotel.

The Heritage hotel is located approximately 8 blocks from the Hilton and is an ideal hotel for students attending the Congress. (There is no extra person room charge). The Hilton is approximately a 20 minute walk from the Heritage Hotel.

Reservation Methods

The Holiday Inn cannot accept reservations in the OSA block via the Internet. Please phone or fax your reservation.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Attendees canceling a reservation must cancel thirty (30) days before the scheduled day of arrival to receive a full refund of the deposit.
