Dr. Kuo is a project manager with more than 10 years of R&D experience in spectroscopy, optical science, physical chemistry, and photonics. In addition, strong multi-disciplinary expertise enables him to apply his knowledge to solve real world problems by developing advanced instrumentations and consolidating innovative ideas. Leading a team of engineers, he strives to bring the best of each member to meet the requirements, and create organic growth for the company. He also serves as a reviewer of several scientific journals, involves in various activities in OSA, and is enthusiastic in the academic community.
