I forgot my OSA password; how can I retrieve it?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it online by visiting the My Account section of OSA.org (this is located at the top blue bar of every page). You will be prompted to enter your email address.
Alternatively, you may submit a Help Ticket or contact Customer Service by telephone at +1 202.416.1907 or +1 800.766.4672 (US/Canada only). Note: Customer Service Department hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (US East Coast Time) Monday through Friday.
How do I access my on-line journals?
To access your OSA online subscriptions, visit Optics InfoBase, click “My Account”. You will be prompted to login using your email address and your OSA password. (Note: Your OSA password will be your member number unless you requested it to be changed.) New users will be asked to agree to the terms of the “OSA User Agreement”. If you are a returning subscriber, once you login you will have access to your online journal subscriptions, and OPN Online. The login process also provides you with access to the members-only section of OSA.org.
How do I access my Physics Today (PT) online subscription member benefit?
To access “Physics Today” online you must first establish an account by visiting AIP Scitation. You will be asked to provide the email address associated with your OSA membership.

When I entered my email address I received a message stating there are multiple records. What does that mean?
A message stating there are “multiple records” means a duplicate record was created using the same email address.
