  • For-profit companies of all sizes and structures may join OIDA as Associate Members.
  • Academic institutions, government agencies, not-for-profits and industry coalition organizations may join as Affiliate Members.

How long is an OIDA membership term?

Memberships are active for a 12-month period beginning the first of the month following receipt of application and initial payment. Organizations may join at any time.

Who may access OIDA members-only resources?

Once established, OIDA membership resources are open to all the staff in your organization. This includes free publication and video downloads, registration discounts, news updates and many other valuable members-only services.

How do I obtain my OIDA member Login?

If you are an existing OIDA member and have not received a member Login please contact OIDA.

How can I access OIDA roadmap reports and publications?

Members may download all OIDA roadmap reports and publications free of charge. Please visit Roadmap Reports and Publications to access current publications.

How can I access OIDA workshop videos and presentations?

Please go to the OIDA section to of the Video Library to view OIDA’s multimedia collection of online video, audio and slide presentations.

How do OIDA members reserve the conference room space at the OSA headquarters in Washington, DC?

Please contact OIDA with the date, time and number of attendees. We kindly request that you make your reservations at least two weeks in advance.
