Individuals should have a ten (10) year or greater record of professional and/or service accomplishments within the optics and photonics field since the time of their highest degree. If selected, individuals must have an active OSA Membership.
Applicants are encouraged to provide the following information by 28 February 2017:
- A curriculum vitae or resume including (as available): academic history, professional experience, service accomplishments, awards and/or honors, publications and patents.
- Description of significant professional and/or service performance.
- An employer reference (optional).
