What is your advice for balancing one’s professional and personal life?
To gain insight of how nature works and to use it for benefit of society is my goal of doing research, for this purpose, I dedicate a lot of time and effort into my work and fortunately my family members have been very supportive. I view work and family as equally important, especially as a woman.
Do you have suggestions for how female scientists support each other’s careers and development?
Never give up!
