It allows you to handle situations better, be more emotionally skilled and can mitigate conflicts or difficult situations quickly. You will finish this program with powerful techniques suitable for a range of situations to positively impact others.

About Our Speaker: Heather Archer, Training De Jour
Heather Archer is a Master Trainer. She teaches professionals how to reach through the computer, connect with participants and get them fully engaged in the virtual meeting experience.
