Deepak is a “University of Sydney” fellow working at School of Physics and Sydney Nano, University of Sydney, Australia. He obtained a PhD degree from Optoelectronics Research Center, University of Southampton, UK in 2015 and masters in laser technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur in 2011. He was a Marie-Curie Fellow at Technical University of Denmark, for 2016 to 2018. He has more than 70 publications including international journals and conferences. He also serves on the technical committee of ANCOP and CLEO-Pacific Rim conferences and as a chair of OSA’s fiber modelling and fabrication group.
