Honoring Prof. Michal Lipson

Prof. Michal Lipson is a leader in the fields of nanophotonics and neurophotonics, an advocate for women in scientific and leadership roles, and a role model for scientists and engineers. She has had a tremendous impact in my career. I met her at a small conference and a two minute chat set my career in a completely different direction. As my mentor she gave me the tools and support to forge an independent academic career.
