I wish to honor Dr. Cunill because she is a person who always has new and great ideas for applying science to benefit the health of people through research projects in the field of Biomedical Optics by using techniques to evaluate the optical properties of infected tissues. I have felt extremely fortunate to work with her. I am deeply grateful for her teachings. I love arriving at the lab to work with her, because I know that when I see her there, she will be there to greet me with a big smile.
