Honoring Dr. Jennifer D. T. Kruschwitz

I took Jen's thin film coating design classes as an undergraduate optics student at U of R. She is, first and foremost, a passionate and inspirational teacher, but she was also the first female optics professor that I had, and my first example of a woman with a successful engineering career. She is a role model for myself and other young women in optics, and I am grateful for her influence.
