I have worked with Margaret for most of my career. Margaret is an amazing scientist, exampled by the many awards she has been given. She is driven like no other scientist I have ever seen. Her students are treated with respect and kindness, and she creates a great working environment for everyone. She is an inspiration for all of us in science , and the next generation of women going into science, including my two daughters. Also, the first woman to ever win the Ives Medal, amazing!
