Dr. Asta Juzeniene is a leading scientist in the field of biomedical optics. She leads the research group on photobiophysics and supervise students at The Norwegian Radium Hospital in Oslo. I had the pleasure to collaborate with Asta during my PhD and postdoctoral work and learned a lot from her great interdisciplinary knowledge of the fields biology, optics, chemistry and medicine, and from her skill in scientific analysis and the scientific method.
