Gloria joined our company with an ambitious goal of forming and leading a new group to identify and develop future technologies years ahead of our current product as well as starting the first US-based multi-project wafer fab services for integrated photonics. In less than two years she has succeeded in realizing all those goal and has greatly contributed to our R&D efforts as well as the business. She is a great role model for every young especially female engineer and researcher in this field.
